All forms of sparring simulate combat, allowing students to test techniques in a controlled environment, this helps builds confidence, sharpen reflexes, improve focus, toughen blocking tools and enhance physical and mental fitness.

Tiger Tae Kwon-Do students must wear full protective equipment before they are allowed to participate in contact free sparring. For students under the age of 16 years this includes a head guard!
